COACH JOSH MARCIANO

Coach Josh is a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NSCA) and Certified Nutritionist (PN1) with over 12 years of experience helping people transform their bodies—and their lives. From competitive bodybuilders and collegiate athletes to senior clients in physical therapy, Josh has worked with a diverse range of clients across all ages and experience levels.

What sets Josh apart is his deep understanding of what it means to struggle with your own fitness journey. Growing up, he was the skinny kid who couldn’t gain weight no matter what he tried. When his football career was over, he became the guy who struggled to lose it. That personal experience is what drives his passion—and his connection—for the people he coaches.

Josh believes fitness shouldn’t be complicated. He uses a science-based, no-BS approach to training and nutrition; focusing on strategies that are effective, practical, and realistic for every day life.

He believes in a hybrid coaching style that blends strength training with performance and athleticism, helping clients build a body that feels as good as it looks—and supports them in doing what they love for years to come.

Outside the gym, Josh is a proud husband and a father of four young boys. Life is busy, loud, and full of movement—which only deepens his belief that health is wealth, and that training should enhance life, not complicate it.

COACH JOSH MARCIANO

Coach Josh is a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NSCA) and Certified Nutritionist (PN1) with over 12 years of experience helping people transform their bodies—and their lives. From competitive bodybuilders and collegiate athletes to senior clients in physical therapy, Josh has worked with a diverse range of clients across all ages and experience levels.

What sets Josh apart is his deep understanding of what it means to struggle with your own fitness journey. Growing up, he was the skinny kid who couldn’t gain weight no matter what he tried. When his football career was over, he became the guy who struggled to lose it. That personal experience is what drives his passion—and his connection—for the people he coaches.

Josh believes fitness shouldn’t be complicated. He uses a science-based, no-BS approach to training and nutrition; focusing on strategies that are effective, practical, and realistic for every day life.
